Navigate CQU provides the focal point for students, including the support for students with a disability or medical condition, financial support, and assisting students in the resolution of grievances.

Division of Human Resources provides the focal point for staff including disability support, equal employment opportunities, advice on legislation, bullying and anti-discrimination and assisting staff in the resolution of grievances.

CQUniversity maintains a network of trained Grievance Contact Officers on all regional campuses, who provide confidential information to people about grievance handling processes in instances of alleged workplace bullying, discrimination or sexual harassment.
